TOM Lunch Menu Revision
Through many conversations with Top of the Market's dining room manager, Tim Snyder, we were able to agree on a sleeker more modern feel for the lunch menu. We changed it from a two page format filled with dead space and converted it to a sleek 11X14 single page. This was an important task to not only save paper, but to draw the eye in different ways across the page, in effect, creating a menu that was more engaging.
We started off with three different designs for the dinner menu then mixed and matched certain aspects of his favorite parts to finally come up with this one. This is the original pitch piece and therefore has some difference still in lay out to allow the president final say in the lay out.
